Description

While we all have the shared goal of being the best animal keepers and trainers possible, what is an employee to do when their best efforts towards “moving the needle” and instituting new or improved practices are met with apathy, confusion, or resistance? In this talk, NEI’s Chief Operating Officer, Chris Jenkins, explores actionable steps animal caretakers can follow to get support and create buy-in that can turn past naysayers into future advocates for change.
