Description
Dog trainers are dog training experts, and our passion is to share our love of imparting knowledge to those who love the dogs we train. Most of us don't have any formal education in helping our human students to learn. In this four week course, Sue shares her expertise in experiential learning. Sue spent many years in outdoor education, helping people to learn about the natural world through the lens of experiential education. Experriential education is incredibly well suited to teaching dog training because it is a form of learning that is used for value based learning, for kinesthetic skills and for student centered learning.
