Description

We are SO excited about our upcoming L.E.G.S. in Motion Conference 2025, May 16-18 in Concord, NH! We already have an impressive history of providing truly insightful, game-changing presentations that have our attendees calling it one of the best conferences they have ever attended. We welcome a weekend full of unique experiences as dog pros getting those L.E.G.S. in Motion from the integration of applied ethology in your own respective career as a Family Dog Mediator as we gear up to make this year another smashing success. For 2025, the theme is “Building Up” the ENVIRONMENT for better welfare. While we have talks on other themes, we will really focus on digging into all things “E” for our dogs and their families - challenges of certain kinds of environments and creative solutions for them, valuable tips for helping dogs navigate the features of specific environments such as veterinary hospitals or grooming facilities, ways to conduct sensory inventories with modern technologies, importance of relationships in social environments for secure attachment and belonging, and ways to design and implement creative enrichment affordances that target diverse phenotypic behavioral expression for dogs in homes/ yards/ shelters/ daycares/ communities. We really want to start to flip the script for dog pros and lovers around the world as we come to fully appreciate our responsibility as canine stewards to provide the full scope of environmental elements that deliver the “Good Life” standard of welfare for our dogs - one of fulfillment, engagement, and meaningful purpose.
