Description
AAS requires unique knowledge, skills, and attitudes so that practices are safe, ethical, and effective for providers, animal handlers, the animals and the clients we serve. This session outlines the 2024 updated competencies in AAS. Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will be able to: 1. Differentiate knowledge, skills, and attitudes 2. Identify at least three levels of practitioner competencies 3. Identify what competencies apply to them in their scope of AAS
