Description
This 4-hour in-person workshop teaches you the basics of Cat and Dog First Aid & CPR and is only to be used until you can get your pet to your veterinarian. Workshop Objectives: • Learn how to check vitals • Learn how to restrain both cats and dogs • Learn how to administer medication • Learn the signs to look out for with allergies and how to treat allergies • Learn about the different types of bite wounds and how to bandage them correctly depending on the type of bite wound. • Learn the different types of bleeding and how to bandage them correctly depending on the type of bleeding they are experiencing • You will also learn about Bloat and torsion, Breathing problems, Burns, Dehydration, Diarrhea, Heat stroke, Hypothermia, Vomiting, and Poisoning signs as well as how to address these injuries
