Description
This is a course for new trainers and experienced trainers who are just beginning to delve into the science behind learning. In our industry, there’s a lot of talk about classical and operant conditioning. Operant conditioning is pretty intuitive and most trainers understand it with ease. Classical conditioning, however, is a little trickier. Even though it’s a simple concept, it’s not always easy to implement and/or recognize. This course will explain the differences between the two; how to recognize classical from operant conditioning techniques; and how and when to implement each process.
