Description
Over the course of my career, I have developed a bit of a habit of explaining concepts through anecdotes; I do it a lot. My clients really appreciate them, often laughing “I just love how you explain things!” In this session, I will share several anecdotes I have developed or picked up along the way and which I have found to be particularly helpful in a variety of situations. My goal in this session is for attendees to not only experience one way that I communicate with my clients, but also to develop or enhance another tool for the toolbox.
