Description
I am part of the training and development team at Dogtopia. We have learning pathways for our employees to take, demonstrate and get supervised demonstrating. The training material includes online videos, graphics, animation, quizzes, etc. With our technology we can track if an employee has watched the entire online course and answered all of the test questions correctly. Once the online course is complete there are a standard skills test that the employee has to demonstrate in the playroom and the manager must witness and sign off on. This is all regulated and enforced by our corporate office. We previously, had CEU status with the original instructor Colleen Riley-Deming. I will be taking over and updating the learning paths accordingly.
