Description
This session will look at how cats perceive the world via hearing, taste, smell and other sensory systems. By recognizing how the world is processed by cats, we as humans can have a better understanding of and appreciation for cats themselves. Maybe your cat isn’t staring at nothing! Maybe they can see and hear and smell something that you as a human are not capable of detecting. Learn to appreciate the things that makes cats so special so you can recognize why they are also so sensitive. We will also examine communication systems, including behavioral, vocal and chemical (olfactory) communication.
