The Seductive Allure of Aversive Dog Training is a 1-hour webinar that will be presented by Lauren Tsao, MS, Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant from Faithfully Yours Dog Training over the Zoom online platform. Lauren has years of experience working with a variety of dog training cases, as well as other animals like dolphins, crows, chickens, small mammals, and horses using positive reinforcement based training methods to get results and foster behavioral changes. Lauren has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Animal Behavior and Welfare, which she applies to her work with animals and their owners. Her Master’s research looked at companion dog activity levels inside compared to outside of their fenced yards, as well as United States shelter/rescue policies that require adopters to have yards for dog adoption.
