Using case studies and her wealth of breed experience for these unique dogs, British animal behaviorist and Sighthound expert Susan McKeon will provide participants with a greater understanding of Sighthound behavior - Professional dog trainers will benefit from learning practical strategies to help sighthound guardians with common behavior and training issues. In addition, Susan will zero in on the specific needs of Sightounds in shelters, the rehoming of ex-racing greyhounds, and the challenges pet guardians may face during the transition from shelter dog to life as a companion animal.
