Description
This unique, 2 1/2 day seminar (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday) will be dedicated to helping increase training efficiency and improve coaching/teaching skills. You will learn to create a training plan, understand criteria shifts, and effectively communicate that plan to a student. Too many trainers rely on a cookie cutter approach and fail to fully utilize the operant process or maximize their efficiency by making good decisions. The best trainers look for the quickest, most efficient route in training and recognize that all behavior can and must change, even their own. Effective teaching requires trainers to have flexibility in their approach. You will learn how to plan a training session that has structure but allows students to express their own creativity during the training process while still following the fundamental operant principles.
