CCPDT licenses to the user the contents of the Find a Certified Dog Trainer Directory (the "Directory") only if the user accepts all of the terms and conditions contained in this non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license agreement. BY USING THE DIRECTORY, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Directory shall be used for individual and personal reference purposes only and may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing list, or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, except for the user's individual and personal reference. A trainer’s presence in this Directory represents only that these individuals are Certificants in good standing of CCPDT, having passed the published requirements to earn a CCPDT Certification. CCPDT does not make any representations, warranties or guarantees as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the products or services provided by these Certificants and expressly disclaims all liability for damages arising out of the use or performance of the products or services provided by these Certificants.
